Rajasthan ILD Skills University, now known as Vishvakarma Skills University (VSU) since August 2023, is a state-funded institution in Jaipur, Rajasthan, established under Act No. 6 of 2017. The university focuses on skill development and vocational education, offering a range of programs designed to enhance employability and practical expertise.​

RISU is the first government-skill university in the country. RISU has been incorporated as the Rajasthan Government State University vide Act No. 6 of 2017. It is one of the foremost institutions of quality in Skill Education, recognized in the National and International arenas.

The University has signed an MoU with the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) to establish a 'Centre of Excellence' (COE) for developing a scientific approach in skill development.

It offers multiple undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as BVoc, BDes, MVoc, MDes, among others. RV Institute of Management has been awarded a Diamond by QS-Igauge, which is valid for two years.

B.Voc (Bachelor of Vocation): Specializations include Agriculture and Allied Fields, Aerospace and Aviation, Beauty and Wellness, Communication Design, Equipment and Machine Maintenance, Emerging Technologies, Fashion Design, Financial and Commercial Skills, Hospitality and Tourism, Network and Hardware, Product Design, Security and Surveillance, Software and ITES, Language Skills, Mining & Petroleum.

B.Des (Bachelor of Design): Fields such as Crafts Communication, Fashion Clothing Design, Fired Material Design, Hard Material Design, Jewelry Design, Soft Material Design.

Fees Structure 

The fee structure varies based on the program and specialization:​

B.Des (Soft Material Design): Approximately 11.54 lakhs for the entire course.

B.Voc Programs: Fees range from 2.77 lakhs to 5.88 lakhs, depending on the specialization.

Diploma Courses: Approximately 70,000 for the complete program.​
