ANM nursing course

ANM nursing course is mainly a two-year course. The full form of ANM is Auxiliary Nurse Midwife. This is a popular ANM nursing course for girls only. Only girls can do it. One should have passed the 12th class examination.

To take admission in ANM nursing course, the age of any student should not be less than 18 years.ANM full form is Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery, a 2-year Diploma course focused on providing basic healthcare and medical support to individuals, families, and communities. This course trains the students with practical expertise to work in hospitals and clinics where they are expected to deal with patients and handle emergencies.

Candidates interested in the healthcare profession and passionate about offering medical assistance can enroll in admission for ANM programs. To be eligible for ANM admission, candidates should have cleared their Class 12 in the Science, Arts or Commerce stream (along with English) with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognized board.

Though admission to the ANM program is majorly based on the merit system, some colleges accept CUET exam scores. The minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years on or before 31st December in the year in which he is seeking an ANM admission, and the maximum age should not be more than 35 years.
