Admission Process
Maharaja Bhupinder Singh Punjab Sports University (MBSPSU) in Patiala is
dedicated to sports education.
Admissions are determined by both academic performance and sports
skills, according to the state university's schedule.
Eligibility criteria differ across programs: undergraduate applicants
must have completed their 10+2 education, while those applying for postgraduate
programs need to hold a relevant bachelor's degree, potentially with additional
requirements.
The selection process can vary; for instance, the Bachelor of Physical
Education and Sports (B.P.E.S) program includes an evaluation of fitness in
addition to academic and sports qualifications.
The application procedure entails acquiring and filling out the
application form, collecting essential documents (such as mark sheets, sports
certificates, ID proof), submitting the completed form with the applicable
fees, and preparing for any required tests or interviews.
The B.P.E.S. program accommodates up to 50 students.
